Loved-up stars celebrate Valentine’s Day from Jacqueline Jossa to Kate Ferdinand

Stars including Jacqueline Jossa, Kate Ferdinand and Stacey Solomon having been giving fans a glimpse into their Valentine’s Day celebrations.

To mark the most romantic day of the year, many famous faces have been dialling up the romance and going all out for their partners.

Jacqueline, 28, was treated to a huge bouquet of red roses from her husband Dan Osborne, who wrote in the card: “Happy Valentine’s to my beautiful wife.”

The former EastEnders star was thrilled with the gift, but admitted their Valentine’s Day is usually consumed by sorting out plans for their daughter Ella’s birthday.

Jac explained: “Valentine’s Day for us, it’s the day before Ella’s birthday so it’s a lot of manic running around, wrapping up of an evening.

“We tend to, we would usually go out withe the weekend before or the weekend after because obviously it’s all about Ella.

“So it’s kind of difficult under these circumstances, but I got some flowers which is really cute and Daniel said to me this morning: ‘As long as we’re together babe.'”

Jac also treated her man to breakfast in bed, serving up bacon and egg bagels.

Another star making brekkie for her man was Kate Ferdinand, who rustled up fried eggs and toasts for her husband Rio.

The former footballer shared a picture of the feast on Instagram and wrote: “What a start to  #valentines  day.

“If ya missus ain’t on making you breakfast then you need to up ya game!!! Chop chop tho…
Love you @xkateferdinand.”

Newly-engaged Stacey Solomon made the most of the day despite being at home by getting her sons involved in making some treats.

The boys also helped her bake some special cookies for her fiancee Joe Swash for their first Valentine’s Day since their engagement at Christmas.

She revealed they had to sneakily bake then while Joe had popped out.

Stacey wrote: “While Joe went to the garage to pick up more wood for the fire, me and the boys made cookies for him.”

She also left packets of LoveHearts out for her sons and a bear made from rose petals, while Stacey also shared a video of her youngest, Rex, wearing red heart patterned PJs.

Piers Morgan didn’t share his own plans but he did post a sweet tribute to his wife Celia Walden.

He shared a picture of her chomping a huge burger, and wrote: “On Valentine’s Day, my best romantic tip is to find someone who shares your eating habits. #NoVegansInThisHouse.”

Single former Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon held a “galentines” dinner with a female friend to mark the occassion despite not being in a couple.

She shared a picture of herself wearing a pretty pink dress in front of a perfectly set table complete with roses, candles and paper balloons.

Lucy wrote: “Me trying to be barbie at every given opportunity…. happy galentines to all u mega huns.”

Loved-up Scarlett Moffatt shared a picture of herself cuddled up to her boyfriend Scott Dobinson and shared a sweet post about their romance.

The former Gogglebox star admitted she’d almost given up hope of finding love before getting togetehr with Scott.

She wrote:”Nobody else makes me smile the way you do. I had almost given up hope on ever finding someone who would truly love me for me.

“I can’t believe my soulmate was right on my doorstep for the last 12 years and we didn’t even realise it.

“Our 3rd Valentine’s Day together, here’s to many more days of laughter, watching geeky YouTubes, eating paella, doing podcasts together & dancing in the kitchen to songs from the 50s.

“Love you all the world  @scottdobby  I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again: never give up on the hope of finding true love it may not happen like a Disney movie ladies, but I promise it will have a happy ending.”

Also enjoying Valentine’s Day was I’m A Celebrity star Beverley Callard, who headed off to the garden shed for a date with her husband Jon McEwan.

Bev shared a picture of the pair posing in the shed, as well as a cheeky snap which revealed she was wearing stockings and suspenders and a pair of racy boots.

She wrote: “Datenight with  @jonmmac55  here we go again! Off to the Megashed! Xx”.

Peter Andre also seemed to pull out all the stops for his wife Emily by sending her a huge parcel of gifts from posh beauty brand Space NK.

Emily admitted she opened the package early and realised it must be a Valentine’s Day pressie from Pete.

She shared a video of the box on Instagram, writing: “Maybe I shouldn’t have opened this a day early, but I couldn’t resist.”

The box included luxury bath salts, an aromatherapy candle and more.
