One of the things we addressed was intimacy without sex. True intimacy is built before the act of sex. Sex deepens the bond of intimacy already formed.

True Intimacy is built by communion, communication, sharing, connection, emotional exposure, transparency and vulnerability #, which can powerfully happen before sex. Sex is a powerful experience to deepen intimacy.
But sex before true intimacy is built can deceive us of a connection and intimacy that’s not really there. Sex can skew our perceptions of someone and cloud our judgment.
The good news is that dating during a pandemic allows us to spend time sharing, communing, communicating and building mental and emotional intimacy.
So, Ladies…if a relationship is something you truly desire I hope you’re out there dating online and being intentional. Get out there. Talk to every person willing to engage with you. Learn, explore, self discover, kiss more frogs. But go for it! ❤️🌹
