I’m A Celebrity ‘signs up’ Radio 1XTRA host Snoochie Shy to enter castle

I’m A Celebrity is heading back to TV this autumn and reports suggest Radio 1XTRA presenter Snoochie Shy will be entering the castle

I’m A Celebrity has reportedly signed Radio 1XTRA host Snoochie Shy to enter the castle year.

The 29-year-old Londoner, who’s real name is Cheyenne Davide has spun the decks on Radio 1 for three years.

A source told The Sun: “Snoochie will bring some edgy glamour into Gwrych Castle, and is guaranteed to hear things up in the chilly ruin when the show kicks off next month.

“She’s a great draw for younger viewers who will be familiar with her from her social media pages as well as a DJ.”

The Mirror has contacted ITV for comment.

The eagerly-awaited reality show will go ahead at Gwrych Castle for the second year in a row after the coronavirus pandemic put paid to the contestants travelling to Australia.

And it seems fans have to wait just a few weeks before seeing a host of famous faces take on a series of challenging Bushtucker Trials.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Arlene Phillips was the first of this year’s contestants named by the Mirror.

At 78, she’ll be the oldest contestant to ever take part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
