Learning how to deal with grief is an important skill when we already suffer from mental health issues. When we lose someone or something we love, in whatever form, we often find ourselves in a situation of grief. This is a difficult emotion for anyone to go through, and anxiety sufferers are no different. We may feel that we are relapsing or spiralling out of control, but it’s important to recognise when our feelings are normal, rather than out of context.
