Holly Willoughby has been whipping up support for a friend in a poignant post about children’s mental health week.
The This Morning beauty snapped herself reading Conker the Chameleon, a children’s book penned by pal Hannah Peckham, one of her children nestled beside her.
She shares Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and Chester, six, with husband Daniel Baldwin.
“Today is a very important day for one of my oldest friends @h.j.peckham… we met on our first day of school and eventually moved into our first flat in London together…we’ve been through a lot!” Holly explained.
“Probably something that bonded us hugely was the fact we are both dyslexic… that’s why this post is even more special and actually writing this I feel very emotional… if I could go back and tell my school friend that on the 2nd of February 2021 to mark the begin of #childrensmentalhealthweek she would publish her 1st book, I’m not sure she’d believe it possible… you did it Hannah… so so proud of you… it’s a beautiful and important book.

“One that helps open the conversation with your little ones about how to talk about their emotions… we all need that right?”
The sweet snap comes after a This Morning colleague said she wouldn’t be surprised if Holly and Daniel added a fourth to their brood.
Dr Sara Kayat labelled her a “baby whisperer” after seeing her with the three she’s already got.

And Holly was commended by fans after adding her voice to those defending Captain Sir Tom Moore’s Barbados trip in December.
The trip – which was made completely legally – sparked criticism after the sad news that Capt Tom is in hospital with Covid.
Holly and This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield sent their best wishes to him from the sofa, while Phil insisted the critics need to “sod off.”

Meanwhile, ahead of her 40th birthday, Phil branded fiercely loyal Holly the “sister I never had.”
He told OK! magazine : “There have been so many times over the years that I have rejoiced in the fact that Holly is my friend, I’ve said often that she is the sister I never had.
“We’ve stood side by side (recently with a 2m gap) through good times and tough times… She is a constant support to me, built of steel and love. We’ve laughed together and cried together and got helplessly drunk together.”
