Can I be honest with you? This month has been so far pretty challenging.
I used to love May because it marked the beginning of spring, an influx of tourists to our beautiful island and that meant full bookings in my vacation rentals. Coronavirus has wiped all that.
There is a horrible feeling of uncertainty for many people on the island who rely heavily on that industry. Many are trying to figure out how to keep a semblance of their old life as they see their savings drying up.
I am fortunate to be focusing on my Divorce Coaching business and passion project which brings me so much joy and fuels my desire to help people going through this transition.
However, it has been challenging to see so many people realize that they do not want to be with their partners but they do not believe that they can leave them AND be financially independent plus emotionally fulfilled.
In today’s world, you can have your cake and eat it. Fortunes are being made from people who thought they were stay at home mums or would have never called themselves entrepreneurs.
You can be one of them. You just have to know decide you are worthy and learn how to become financially independent and successful.
